Having recently secured an $17m + apartment development South of the CBD, they now require an experienced Site Manager to join their team.

This is not an enormous project, but it is very high spec and will require someone with both a strong structural background, but also a great eye for detail.

To be considered, you will be expected to have a solid apartment background, and a proven history of delivering projects on time and on budget.

This is a great opportunity to get onboard with a forward thinking builder which will offer you the chance to grow and develop along with the business. A salary package will be commensurate with experience, but is expected to be in the region of $130k - $170k.
